If you have questions or comments about the course or would like to appeal a decision, please fill out the form below.
Complaints
The process for complaints is to submit in writing your complaint on the form provided on the website or directly to [email protected]. A staff member will respond within seven (7) business days acknowledging acceptance of the complaint. No staff member involved in the complaint will be involved in the resolution of the complaint. Complaint resolution should be communicated to the learner within thirty (30) days of receipt.
Appeals
If a learner would like to appeal a decision, the appeal must be submitted in writing either on the form below, or directly to [email protected]. A staff member will respond within seven (7) business days acknowledging acceptance of the appeal. No staff member involved in the original complaint and/or its appeal will be involved in the resolution of the appeal. Resolution should be communicated to the learner within thirty (30) days of receipt.
