Complaints & Appeals

Please use this form to submit a written request regarding either a complaint or appeal, as defined below: ​

1. a complaint: request for corrective action regarding course activities
2. an appeal: request to reconsider an adverse decision made by Optimus Education regarding BTL1.

All other inquiries: General inquiries should be directed to the general support inquiry form. Technical issues should be directed to the support inquiry form or emailed directly to [email protected]. 

​Once the complaint or appeal has been submitted, you will be contacted by a staff member within seven business days. After that initial contact has been made, Optimus Education may be in touch to request further information in order to investigate your issue. Optimus Education will notify you of the resolution within 45 days of receipt.
